Our Acquisition Criteria

Weybridge Capital Investors is aggressively seeking luxury home acquisitions in the United Sates. We are attracted by the major destinations that consistently rank in the Conde Nast Traveler and Travel and Leisure Readerís polls. These include among ohers, San Francisco, CA; Charleston, SC; Carmel, CA, Napa/Sonoma, CA; Sedona AZ;. Savannah, GA, Chicago, IL; New York, NY and Seattle, WA. Other markets may include Lake Tahoe CA, Scottsdale AZ, Key West, FL and Nantucket, MA. We anticipate properties will be in the price range of between $1,000,000 and $3,000,000 not including renovation and furnishings. We anticipate a holding period of between three to five years. Properties will be renovated if required, fully furnished and returns generated from the aggressive rental of these properties. The exit strategy will be to sell the properties on a fractional/shared ownership basis or on a wholly-owned basis in the future.
